Job Objective: We are currently looking for an experienced and strategic Manager in Digital Marketing to lead a team of digital marketing specialists focusing on marketing operations, analytics, and multi-channel campaign management. This role involves optimizing team performance, ensuring operational stability, executing marketing campaigns to the highest standards, and collaborating closely with the Digital Marketing Director on ongoing technological and process initiatives. As a hands-on management position, the role emphasizes delivery excellence, team development, and coordination of cross-functional projects. Key Responsibilities: Team & Performance Management: - Lead and oversee a team of 5-10 digital marketing professionals. - Support the team in meeting individual and team KPIs through regular reviews and feedback sessions. - Cultivate a collaborative and high-performing team culture. - Identify skill gaps and implement training and upskilling programs. Operational Excellence & Standardization: - Establish and uphold standardized processes, workflows, and documentation (SOPs). - Monitor campaign delivery timelines, quality standards, and performance metrics. - Ensure best-in-class execution across all digital marketing outputs, including campaign assets, reports, automations, and performance dashboards. Project Management & Collaboration: - Serve as a daily execution partner for the Digital Marketing Director. - Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders, such as Content, Sales Activation, Industry Marketing, and Analytics teams. - Manage delivery timelines for tech and process improvements in CRM, email marketing, and automation systems. - Oversee the planning and execution of major marketing campaigns across various channels. Marketing Systems & Data Enablement: - Ensure consistent usage and optimization of platforms like Salesforce, Pardot, Google Ads, Looker Studio, GA4, and Power BI. - Demonstrate expertise in optimizing and leveraging first-party data to drive commercial results. - Review and enhance lead funnel management practices in alignment with commercial objectives. - Collaborate with digital marketers to improve campaign efficiency and performance metrics. Qualifications & Experience: - 8+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a managerial or team lead role. - Proven track record of managing multifunctional marketing teams, including paid media, email marketing, analytics, and operations. - Strong proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Pardot, Salesforce, GA4, Google Ads, Looker Studio, and Power BI. - Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and manage competing priorities effectively. - Excellent organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Hands-on experience in project management using tools like Trello or similar platforms. Preferred Skills: - Exposure to B2B or consulting firm marketing environments. - Ability to analyze performance data and provide strategic or process recommendations. - Familiarity with CMS platforms, A/B testing methodologies, and best practices in digital user experience.,
