Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, search engines, and content platforms.
• Build and maintain strong rapport with clients through regular communication and in-person meetings.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their requirements are clearly understood and executed effectively.
• Analyze performance metrics and prepare reports to demonstrate ROI and suggest improvements.
• Coordinate with in-house teams (design, content, ad ops) to deliver high-quality marketing outputs.
• Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and techniques.
• Handle client escalations professionally and deliver quick resolutions.
• Frequently visit client locations for meetings, feedback, and reviews.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in managing client-facing digital marketing projects
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tamil
• Ability to build rapport, gain client trust, and foster long-term relationships
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Email Campaigns
• Proficient in tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and marketing CRMs
• Self-motivated, well-organized, and deadline-driven
• Willingness to travel frequently for client coordination and presentations
• Experience in agency-based client management
• Background in performance marketing or lead generation campaigns
• Creative thinking and campaign ideation skills
