Digital Marketing Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute online marketing strategies across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, traffic, and qualified leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media, email, content, PPC)
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Campaigns
• Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO to improve organic search rankings
• Analyze traffic and campaign performance via tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.
• Plan and publish engaging content across social media platforms
• Lead email marketing and automation efforts using tools like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, or similar
• Coordinate with design and development teams for landing pages and campaign creatives
• Generate and present monthly performance reports to stakeholders

Key Skills Required

• Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads
• Strong grasp of SEO (on-page, off-page), Google Analytics, and Search Console
• Knowledge of tools: SEMrush, Ahrefs, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.
• Excellent understanding of funnels, lead generation, and conversion optimization
• Hands-on experience with WordPress or CMS platforms
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹16,755.96 - ₹30,000.00 per month
