Our mission is to provide homely, high-quality experiences to travelers, backed by professional service and local warmth. We are looking for a dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing and listing strategy across all platforms. Role Overview: The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for enhancing the company’s online presence, managing and optimizing OTA (Online Travel Agency) listings (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, MakeMyTrip, etc.), executing performance marketing strategies, and building guest trust through reviews and feedback loops. Key Responsibilities: OTA Listing Management: Create, manage, and optimize property listings on various OTAs like Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, and others. Ensure accurate descriptions, high-quality images, competitive pricing, and dynamic availability. Maintain consistency and quality across platforms. Digital Marketing & Advertising: Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns including SEO, SEM (Google Ads), social media marketing, and email marketing. Monitor analytics and campaign performance and optimize for better ROI. Manage social media pages and create engaging content to attract and retain followers. Reputation & Review Management: Actively manage guest feedback across platforms to improve ratings and guest satisfaction. Respond to guest reviews (positive and negative) professionally and timely. Implement strategies to increase 5-star reviews and NPS (Net Promoter Score). Growth & Customer Acquisition: Work with the sales and operations team to drive direct bookings through the website, social media, and affiliate channels. Identify partnership and influencer marketing opportunities to increase brand visibility. Website and CRM Management: Oversee the homestay booking website (if applicable), ensuring updated content and user-friendly experience. Use CRM tools to nurture leads, manage email campaigns, and retain existing customers. Reporting & Analytics: Provide weekly and monthly performance reports on listings, bookings, ad campaigns, and guest feedback. Make data-driven recommendations for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in hospitality or real estate. In-depth knowledge of OTA platforms and their algorithms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.). Hands-on experience with SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and analytics tools. Excellent communication and content writing skills. Creative mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with guest reviews and reputation management tools is a plus.
