Job Summary:We are looking for a performance-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can manage and scale our digital presence across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate is both creative and analytical, with hands-on experience in running paid campaigns, optimizing SEO, driving organic engagement, and generating qualified leads. Key Responsibilities:Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) with a strong ROI focus. Manage SEO/SEM strategy to drive high-quality organic traffic. Create, curate, and manage engaging content across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.). Analyze performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and Search Console to generate actionable insights. Coordinate with graphic and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Collaborate with sales and product teams to align digital strategies with business goals. Monitor competitor activity and market trends to keep strategies fresh and competitive. Execute email marketing and automation campaigns (Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.). Maintain and optimize the Leccy & Genesis website landing pages for better user experience and lead conversion.
