Job Description

Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive who can not only run high-performing Facebook and Instagram ad campaigns, but also personally follow up on leads and convert them into actual clients through field visits and consultations. Key Responsibilities: Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook and Instagram to generate high-quality leads. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI using A/B testing, audience targeting, and budget strategies. Maintain daily lead tracking, reporting, and analysis to improve campaign effectiveness. Contact potential leads generated through ads, qualify them, and set up site visits or meetings. Personally visit client locations (homes or businesses) to pitch services, present solutions, and close deals. Collaborate with the design team to showcase the firm’s portfolio and design strengths. Ensure a smooth handover of confirmed clients to the design/execution team. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in running Meta (FB/IG) ads. Proven track record of lead generation and field-based client conversion. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English. Ability to travel locally for field visits. Basic understanding of architecture, design, or construction industry preferred (training will be provided). Must be Ahmedabad-based. Why Join Us?
