Digital Marketer & Tele Sales Executive

As part of our expansion, we are looking for a versatile and results-driven individual who can manage digital marketing campaigns and drive sales through effective telesales strategies.

Key Responsibilities: Digital Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, etc.)
• Monitor analytics and optimize campaigns for maximum performance
• Create and manage content across digital platforms (blogs, social media posts, ads)
• Manage company presence on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn
• Analyze trends and competitor performance to identify growth opportunities

Tele Sales:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to pitch products/services
• Follow up with leads generated via marketing channels
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and customer details in CRM
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

Requirements:

• Proven experience in digital marketing and/or telesales
• Strong communication and persuasion skills
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Familiarity with CRM tools and marketing automation platforms
• Knowledge of digital ad platforms (Google, Meta/Facebook, LinkedIn)
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Certification in Google Ads, Meta/Facebook Blueprint, or similar
• Experience with tools like HubSpot, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar
