Key Requirement

Must have organically scaled an Instagram page from 0 to 10,000+ followers Timings 11:00 am to 9:00 pm | Weekly off on one of the week days. Job Overview RINGS & I is seeking a full-time, in-studio Instagram Content Creator to lead our visual storytelling. The ideal candidate is obsessed with mobile-shot reels, understands the science of hooks, saves, and shares, and can turn daily studio moments into scroll-stopping content. Your content will shape how India discovers and desires personalized diamond rings.

Key Responsibilities

Reel Creation (25–30/month)

• Shoot, edit, and publish engaging mobile-first Reels using in-studio visuals, product stories, and customer journeys
• Use tools like CapCut, InShot, VN, etc. for fast turnaround
• Hook-Led Content Strategy
• Craft thumb-stopping opening hooks
• Plan concepts that drive saves, shares, profile visits, and studio DMs
• Write crisp, clear, and on-brand captions with strong CTAs
• Monitor post insights weekly—optimize for reach, saves, shares, comments
• Align content with marketing plans, festive seasons, and key store events
• Collaborate with store and sales team to capture content from client interactions and behind-the-scenes moments

Must-Have Skills

• Proven experience taking an Instagram page from 0 to 10,000+ followers organically
• Strong command over mobile shooting + editing
• Deep understanding of Instagram hooks, shareability, save-worthy formats
• Good communication skills in English (and Hindi/Marathi for local relevance)
• Highly creative and quick in execution
