Key Responsibilities:

Identify and bring new trade fairs, exhibitions, conferences, and large-scale B2B/B2C events.
Develop strategic partnerships with industry associations, trade bodies, event organizers and event managers.
Drive business growth by exploring new sectors and revenue streams.
Negotiate and finalize commercial terms and agreements.
Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify emerging opportunities.
Represent HITEX at national and international trade shows and networking forums.
Collaborate with internal departments (operations, marketing, legal, etc.) to ensure seamless event execution.

Qualifications & Experience:

MBA or equivalent degree in Marketing, Business Development, or related fields.
12–15 years of relevant experience in business development, preferably in the events/exhibitions/conventions industry.
Strong network across event organizers and industry associations.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and strategic planning skills.
