He/she should be a strategic thinker, an effective communicator, and an expert in technological development. Key Relationships Internal Stake Holder – Corporate Technology Control Functions Leader, Control Functions Leadership team, India Corporate Technology AVP, and Business process Owners for Internal Audit Key Responsibilities Stakeholder Management - Managing key business stakeholders to deliver required technology capabilities to support the digital transformation agenda. Driving prioritization of the product backlog. This includes managing key vendors providing the resources, SaaS & other capabilities. Technology Implementation – Implement and support projects on Internal Audit Technology platforms, specifically Azure Cloud. Ways of Working – Adoption of the Agile ways of working in the software delivery lifecycle. E2E Software Lifecycle Management (Architecture, Design, Development, Testing & Production) Evaluate/Implement technical solutions supporting Internal Audit and SAAS based solutions, talent development, performance management, and workforce analytic Work with Functional Experts to translate user requirements into Technical Specifications Partner with internal business process owners, technical team members, and senior management throughout the project life cycle Act as the intermediary to facilitate a clear understanding among all parties about business assumptions and requirements, design, technical, testing, and production migration requirements Drive the resolution and troubleshooting of issues during development and post- production support. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on expertise in infrastructure technologies, a strong grasp of project execution, and the ability to communicate cross-functional efforts. You'll ensure that systems are resilient, secure, scalable, and high-performing, while driving innovation and efficiency. Shift: General Responsibilities: • Infrastructure Design & Architecture o Design and maintain robust, scalable, and secure infrastructure solutions that align with business goals. o Partner with cross-functional teams to gather infrastructure requirements and recommend optimal solutions. • System Implementation & Operations o Deploy, configure, and manage infrastructure components including compute, storage, networking, and virtualization platforms. o Monitor infrastructure health and performance, troubleshoot issues, and optimize systems for peak efficiency. • Team Collaboration o Work closely with DevOps, Security, and Development teams to ensure seamless delivery of infrastructure services. • Security & Compliance o Implement infrastructure security best practices, patch management, and hardening techniques. o Support compliance initiatives and participate in internal and external security audits. • Project Management o Maintain documentation and drive continuous communication among stakeholders. • Automation & Innovation o Drive automation of infrastructure provisioning and management using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or similar. o Stay current with emerging infrastructure trends and recommend improvements or adoptions that drive efficiency. • Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity o Design, implement, and regularly test disaster recovery and backup strategies to ensure system resiliency. o Maintain and improve business continuity plans to minimize downtime and data loss. Qualifications: • 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in Infrastructure and Cloud services • Strong hands-on experience with AWS services including EC2, S3, IAM, Route 53, Lambda, Kinesis, ElastiCache, DynamoDB, Aurora, and Elasticsearch. • Proficient in infrastructure automation using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation. • Hands-on experience with configuration management tools such as Ansible, Chef, or Puppet. • Strong working knowledge of CI/CD tools, particularly Jenkins. • Proficient with Git and other version control systems. • Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration using Amazon EKS or Kubernetes. • Proficient in scripting with Bash and PowerShell. • Solid experience with both Linux and Windows Server administration. • Experience setting up monitoring, logging, and alerting solutions using tools like CloudWatch, Nagios, etc. • Working knowledge of Python and the AWS Boto3 SDK.
