Code ReviewDiligent about reviewing code developed by other developers, provide feedback and maintain a high bar of technical excellence to ensure code is adhering to industry standard best practices like coding guidelines, elegant, efficient and maintainable code, with observability built from ground up, unit tests etc. TestingBuild testable software, define tests, participate in the testing process, automate tests using, tools (e.g., Junit, Selenium) and Design Patterns leveraging the test automation pyramid as the guide. Service Health and QualityMaintain the health and quality of services and incidents, proactively identifying and resolving issues. Utilize service health indicators and telemetry for action providing recommendations to optimize performance. Conduct thorough root cause analysis and drive the implementation of measures to prevent future recurrences. Dev Ops ModelUnderstanding of working in a DevOps Model. Taking ownership from working with product management on requirements to design, develop, test, deploy and maintain the software in production. DocumentationProperly document new features, enhancements or fixes to the product, contributing to training materials.Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. 4+ years of professional software development experience. Deep expertise in one or more programming languages such as C#, .NET, Python, Java, or JavaScript. Extensive experience with software development practices and design patterns. Proficiency with version control systems like GitHub and bug/work tracking systems like JIRA. Understanding of cloud technologies and DevOps principles.Preferred Qualifications: Experience with cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or GCP. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools. Experience with test automation frameworks and tools. Knowledge of agile development methodologies. Familiarity with developing accessible technologies. Collaborate closely with senior members and architects to understand and help in conceptualizing the software architecture2. Maintain and create patch builds for local and remote employees. Ensure smooth delivery of builds working with remote counterparts to provide coverage and hand-off of critical issues.3. Act as point of contact for managing multiple releases across organization4. Take responsibility for the release management process5. Maintain service pack build and task stream management for all CE streams as well as interfacing with next new product deliverables6. Participates in the writing of technical documents (functional specifications, design documents, etc.) as required12. Estimate the work required for new features13. Collaborate closely with architects to design and conceptualize solutions for multi-tenant/cloud-based offering of the product14. Collaborate with other members of the team, product owners, quality engineering team members, and documentation writers to ensure appropriate implementation of business requirements15. Follow the ITIL standard to push the code in production environments16. Ability to learn and adapt new technologies and platformQualification1. 8-13 years of experience of release management, installation work in a client/ server architecture2. Hands-On Experience on GCP, GitHub-action & Kubernetes Platform3. Expert knowledge of DevOps, CI-CD pipelines, Terraform & Ansible.4. Working knowledge of Jenkins for managing and publishing scheduled and ad-hoc builds5. Working knowledge of Cloud-Based technologies6. Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL scripting and understanding the deployment of scripts7. Experience working with Gradle and Artifactory for developing builds and setting up release streams8. Experience to manage Linux and Windows based platforms9. Ability to communicate both verbally and written to a variety of audiences10. Working with remote and local engineers and willingness to work off hours at times to deliver on customer commitments including weekends and holidays at times11.
