Job Description: We are looking for a Desktop Support Engineer to provide technical assistance to our employees and clients. You will help install, upgrade, and troubleshoot hardware and software systems. Key Responsibilities: Install and configure desktops, laptops, printers, and other devices Provide technical support for hardware/software issues Troubleshoot network and internet problems Respond to user queries in person, over call, or via remote tools Install or upgrade antivirus software and security patches Maintain asset and service logs Coordinate with the IT team for escalations and replacements Skills Required: Basic knowledge of Windows OS , MS Office, and hardware Good communication and problem-solving skills Understanding of basic networking and troubleshooting Ability to handle on-site or remote support Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Shift: Day shift Education: Diploma (Required) Experience: Desktop support: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
