Job Details : Desktop Support Engineer (Field Work) Salary Range : 15k - 16k Qualification : Degree/ Diploma / ITI Experience : 6 Months - 1 Year Day shift & 6 day's working Two wheeler must ( Fuel Allowances will be provided) Skills Needed : OS installation and Trouble shooting Opening the Desktop and Replacing the parts Good Communication skills Location : Saidapet,Chennai. Roles & Responsibilities : Provide first-level support for hardware, software, and networking issues. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Install, configure, and maintain operating systems and applications (Windows, macOS, Linux, etc.). Assist employees with IT-related problems via phone, email, or in-person. Provide guidance on using software applications and IT equipment. Train users on new software and system updates.
