Design & Proposal Engineer – Wastewater Projects (STP/ETP/FSTP)

Summary We are hiring a Design & Proposal Engineer with proven experience in wastewater treatment plant design (STP/ETP/FSTP). This role requires the ability to thoroughly analyze tender documents, propose technically compliant and cost-effective solutions, and lead the creation of design and bid packages. Success means creating competitive, technically solid proposals that win projects and meet all tender conditions. You will be at the forefront of our pre-sales and engineering efforts and work closely with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Analyze tender/RFPs, drawings, and specifications Design wastewater treatment schemes using MBBR, SBR, MBR, etc. Prepare hydraulic calculations, PFDs, layouts, BOQs Coordinate with vendors for budgetary offers and technical specs Write detailed technical compliance and proposal documentation Estimate quantities and costs for civil, mechanical, and electrical works Align all design work with CPWD/IS/BIS standards and client specifications Maintain a library of past project templates, documents, and rates Qualifications B.Tech or Diploma in Civil or Mechanical Engineering Minimum 3 years of experience in wastewater treatment design & proposals Strong understanding of wastewater treatment technologies and processes Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and technical writing Ability to study, interpret, and comply with government/industrial tender requirements Excellent communication and team coordination skills Experience with CPWD/PHED/Urban Local Body projects preferred Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹14,803.69 - ₹60,000.00 per month Benefits: Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
