Design Engineer - Solid work in NDT for Steel Foundry

• Design and develop 3D models and 2D drawings of castings, tooling, and fixtures using SolidWorks.
• Interpret customer drawings and convert them into foundry-appropriate designs.
• Apply foundry best practices in design to optimize casting quality, material flow, and tooling life.
• Coordinate with pattern makers, foundry engineers, and production teams for design feasibility.
• Modify and revise existing designs based on feedback or process changes.
• Prepare BOMs, technical documentation, and revision histories.
• Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and customer requirements.
• Support quotation processes by providing design inputs and rough cost estimations.
• Collaborate in FEA or simulation studies (optional but preferred).
• Participate in new product development, prototyping, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
