CMM operator - CNC machine Shop

• Operate CMM machines (manual or CNC-controlled) to inspect finished parts.
• Interpret engineering drawings, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing), and specifications to understand measurement requirements.
• Perform first article inspections (FAI), in-process inspections, and final inspections using CMM and other precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, etc.).
• Create and run CMM inspection programs (PC-DMIS, Calypso, or other software).
• Document and report non-conformities or deviations from specifications.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and quality documentation.
• Support the quality assurance team in root cause analysis and corrective action processes.
• Ensure CMM equipment is calibrated and maintained properly.
• Work closely with CNC machinists, engineers, and quality staff to resolve dimensional issues.
• ITI/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent technical education.
• 1–3 years of experience in CMM operation, preferably in a CNC machine shop environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
