Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household)

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and acquire new household customers through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase retention and cross-selling opportunities
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential opportunities for growth
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' activities to make strategic recommendations for business growth
• Provide excellent customer service and handle any customer complaints or issues in a timely and professional manner
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management, preferably in the banking industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Knowledge of local market and customer needs in Latur, Maharashtra is a plus
