Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Household) at our Indore branch. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and building strong relationships with existing customers to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct sales meetings with potential customers to understand their financial needs and offer suitable products and services
  • Cross-sell and upsell banking products to existing customers to increase their portfolio with the bank
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch
  • Keep up-to-date with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to provide a seamless customer experience
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM software
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines while carrying out job responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
