Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Deputy Manager-Acquisition (Current Account) to join our Retail Banking team in Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers for our current account products and services through various sales channels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through market research, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and new customers to promote customer retention and cross-selling opportunities
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the bank
  • Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure a seamless customer experience
  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitors' products and services
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system
  • Provide timely and accurate reports to the Branch Manager and Head of Sales

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and acquisition in the banking industry
  • Strong understanding of current account products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
