Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Navi Mumbai for a Departmental Coordinator. The Departmental Coordinator will manage daily administrative tasks, coordinate department activities, and facilitate communication between various departments. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, preparing reports, maintaining records, handling client correspondence and ensuring that departmental operations run smoothly and efficiently.

• Proficiency in project management and coordination
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience with office administration and record-keeping
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Familiarity with logistics and warehousing operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
