🔍 About the Role:

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented DELCAM Programmer to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in CAD/CAM programming using DELCAM software for toolpath generation and CNC machining in the plastic moulding or precision engineering industry.

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize CNC programs using DELCAM for milling, turning, and other machining operations

• Interpret 2D/3D design drawings and generate accurate toolpaths

• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure manufacturability and machining efficiency

• Select appropriate tooling and machining strategies based on material and design requirements

• Troubleshoot machining issues and continuously improve program quality and machining time

• Maintain documentation for programs, revisions, and setups

• Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety protocols

🎯 Requirements:

• Proficiency in DELCAM software (Power MILL, Power SHAPE, etc.)

• Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and GD&T

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset
