Job Title: Data Model Designer

About The Role

We are seeking a Data Model Designer to structure and organize data for scalable applications and reporting systems. Your work will be central to ensuring data consistency and reusability across the business.

Responsibilities

Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models
Ensure data models support reporting, analytics, and application needs
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements
Normalize data and optimize relationships
Work with developers and DBAs to implement models in production

Requirements

6-9 years of experience in data modeling or business intelligence
Strong understanding of relational databases and data warehousing
Experience with data modeling tools (e.g., PowerDesigner, dbt, ER/Studio)
Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into data structures
Strong attention to detail

Nice To Have

Experience with dimensional modeling (e.g., star/snowflake schemas)
Familiarity with master data management concepts
