Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: We are looking for a Data Entry Operator to maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to production, inventory, purchase, and dispatch in our textile unit. The ideal candidate should have attention to detail and basic computer knowledge. General Data Entry Tasks: Enter daily production data into system or Excel. Update inventory records . Maintain inward and outward registers for material movement. Assist in creating purchase orders and tracking delivery status. Record loom/fabric/machine-wise production Input quality control reports . Maintain records of dye lot numbers, fabric rolls, stock cards Support labeling and barcoding entries for garments/finished goods Generate and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with supervisors Maintain backup and security of entered data Qualifications: Any Degree Knowledge of MS Office (Excel is a must) Eagerness to learn and grow Skills Required: Accuracy and attention to detail Fast typing and data handling Ability to work in a team and under supervision Willingness to learn textile-related terms and data codes Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: From ₹11,000.00 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Yearly bonus Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
