Job Description

Requirements:

Understand the business and establish key metrics for daily tracking.
Maintain raw data to ensure all information is readily available when required.
Be open to managing and maintaining raw data for a seamless reporting system.
Create Management Information Systems (MIS) centered around core Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to evaluate business unit performance.
Have hands-on experience with data management tools like Excel, macros, SQL, and Python.

Qualifications:

Tableau experience is a preffered.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
4+ years of experience in the data management and analysis domain.
Proven working experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills.
Knowledge of the book/content market is an added advantage.
Prior experience working in a collaborative team is advantageous.
