  • Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate teams when needed
  • Provide product/service information to customers and guide them on how to use it
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and deliver a consistent support experience
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve customer experience and process efficiency
  • Meet performance metrics such as response time, resolution time, and CSAT scores
