Key Responsibilities:
• Handle daily customer queries through DMs, comments, emails, and calls with clarity, empathy, and promptness
• Flag frequently asked questions, product-related concerns, and common complaints for internal team awareness
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, ops, product) to resolve customer issues smoothly and quickly
• Share weekly insights on customer sentiment, recurring issues, and suggestions to improve CX and content
• Ensure a consistent and positive customer experience across platforms
• Contribute ideas for improving community engagement and retention

Requirements:
• 06 months-1 year of experience in a D2C brand (preferably in beauty, fragrance, or lifestyle)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Passionate about the beauty/fragrance/lifestyle space
• Comfortable using Instagram, WhatsApp, email, and basic customer service tools
• Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
• Based in West Delhi (mandatory)
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, startup environment
