Customer Support Engineer

Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing them with world-class service and supportHandle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating issues as necessaryMaintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services, as well as industry trendsUse active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide solutions that address those needs.Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience and make recommendations to managementAssist customers with product setup and troubleshooting.Process customer orders and returns in an accurate and efficient mannerUpdate customer records in the company database in a timely and accurate mannerFollow up with customers after purchase to ensure they are satisfied with their experience.Generate reports on customer satisfaction levels and areas for improvementTrain new customer service representatives on company policies and proceduresParticipate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiativesJob Types: Full-time, Permanent, FresherPay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per yearBenefits:
