RESPONSIBILITIES Resolve user queries, issues and concerns with effective, clear, and professional writing communication Following up on Unresolved/Reopen cases with the players Achieve the daily targets and ensure to meet quality standards Demonstrate time-management skills and the ability to work independently Coordinate with other departments such as the Product Team or Technical Team, as required to resolve user issues and questions. REQUIREMENTS Graduate (BCom/BSc/BCA or equivalent) with Excellent written communication skills Being a gamer (preferably casual games) is an added plus. Should be digital savvy and be able to comfortably use software tools and products Demonstrates effective communication, composure, and professional attitude. Effective Problem-Solving skills will be required to demonstrate an ability to solve complex issues. Team player and good interpersonal skills.
