Job Description

Job Title: Customer Success Executive

Experience: 0–1 Year

Location: Onsite – Teynampet, Chennai

Shift Timing: 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM

We are looking for a proactive and customer-friendly Customer Success Executive to support users of our SAAS product. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who are passionate about helping customers and building a career in the tech industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in understanding and using our SAAS platform effectively
Respond to customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a prompt and professional manner
Build and maintain positive customer relationships
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Educate users about product features and updates
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement

Requirements:

0–1 year of experience in customer support or a related role
Strong communication skills in English
Malayalam speaking is an added advantage
Interest in technology and willingness to learn about SAAS products
Good problem-solving skills and a customer-centric attitude
