We re seeking a Customer Success Associate to join our dynamic team with a solution-driven approach. He/She will be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, ensuring campaigns are executed smoothly and clients are armed with the right insights to grow faster.
What Youll Do
- Assist in
executing and tracking marketing campaigns
for top brands - Pull and interpret campaign performance data (Excel/GSheets proficiency a must)
- Support in preparing reports, client presentations & monthly reviews
- Communicate regularly with brand teams to understand their needs and drive outcomes
- Brainstorm campaign ideas aligned with retail calendars and customer segments
- Think on your feet, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely delivery across touchpoints
What We re Looking For
- 1 2 years of experience in client-facing roles (Customer Success, Marketing, or Brand teams preferred)
- Street-smart, hungry to learn, and thrives in fast-paced environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills you ll speak to brands regularly
- Solid logic and problem-solving abilities
- Excel skills are a must; bonus points for any experience with CRM/SQL
- Marketing understanding particularly for
retail, e-commerce or D2C brands
- Based in Mumbai or willing to relocate
