Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Associate located in Pune. The Customer Success Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering customer retention on the platform.

• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Experience in customer service or a related field
• Knowledge of e-commerce industry trends is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field

Salary

• Rs 25,000 to 30,000 per month
• Working independently to achieve daily goals
