Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Trainer located in Indore. The Customer Service Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, ensuring all customer service representatives are well-trained and confident in handling customer interactions. Day-to-day tasks include evaluating the training needs of the team, creating training materials, conducting training sessions, monitoring progress, and providing ongoing coaching and support to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

• Experience in creating and delivering effective training programs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a BPO or customer service environment is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
