Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Support Representative, located in Indore. The Customer Support Representative will handle daily tasks such as answering customer inquiries, resolving complaints, providing information about products and services, and troubleshooting issues. The representative will also be responsible for maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction and ensuring efficient customer service.
