Role Overview We are seeking a proactive and personable Client Servicing Representative with 1 to 2 years of experience to join our growing team in Kochi. In this role, you will act as a key liaison between our clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication, timely delivery of services, and an exceptional client experience throughout every project phase. Key Responsibilities Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are clearly communicated and executed on schedule Monitor project progress and deliver regular updates to clients, ensuring expectations are met or exceeded Manage client feedback and assist in resolving any service issues or escalations Participate in brainstorming sessions and support the team in developing creative marketing strategies tailored to client objectives Maintain comprehensive records of client interactions, deliverables, and feedback Qualifications 1 to 2 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or a related role, preferably within a digital marketing, advertising, or media environment Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients Effective time management and organizational abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously Problem-solving mindset with a positive, customer-first attitude Familiarity with project management and customer relationship management (CRM) tools is an added advantage Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field is preferred Show more Show less
