Role & responsibilities

  • Handling Customer Queries via

    CHAT, VOICE or BLENDED

  • Troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Providing Product Info.
  • Maintaining records of logging customer interactions and outcomes.
  • Meeting customer satisfaction and response time targets.
