Job Responsibilities: As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. Your primary responsibilities will include: Customer Interaction: Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner. Provide clear and concise information about our services, safety guidelines, and equipment rental process. Assist customers in selecting appropriate equipment and gear. Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively. Resolve customer issues and complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner. Operations: Maintain a clean and organized facility, including the rental area, shooting range, and common areas. Monitor inventory levels of equipment and supplies, and restock as needed. Assist with equipment maintenance and cleaning. Process payments and handle cash register transactions accurately. Adhere to all safety protocols and emergency procedures. Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Basic computer skills, including proficiency in POS systems. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Prior experience in customer service or retail is preferred.
