Activities Coordinator

Adventure Games Facilitator Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Adventure Games Facilitator to lead and coordinate a variety of thrilling outdoor activities at our adventure park. The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a passion for adventure, and a strong ability to engage and motivate diverse groups of people. Responsibilities: Activity Planning and Coordination: Develop and implement engaging team-building activities, paintball games, and other outdoor challenges. Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and safety protocols. Create a fun and inclusive atmosphere for all participants. Guest Engagement: Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, providing a warm and friendly introduction to the park. Conduct safety briefings and provide clear instructions for all activities. Facilitate team-building exercises and foster a positive and collaborative environment. Monitor participant behavior and ensure adherence to safety guidelines. Equipment Maintenance: Inspect and maintain equipment to ensure it is in safe working condition. Perform routine maintenance tasks as required. Report any equipment issues promptly to management. Risk Management: Prioritize safety and implement risk mitigation strategies. Respond to emergency situations calmly and effectively. Adhere to all safety regulations and guidelines. Qualifications: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Experience in outdoor activities, team building, or event coordination. First aid and CPR certification (preferred). Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. Enthusiastic and energetic personality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
