Customer Service Executive

Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries efficiently via chat and voice platforms
• Deliver courteous, prompt, and solution-oriented support
• Maintain CRM records and update customer interaction logs
• Troubleshoot common issues and escalate unresolved cases
• Meet performance metrics and adhere to quality guidelines
• Collaborate within teams to enhance support strategies

Qualifications & Experience

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate in any discipline
• Experience: Prior exposure to customer support in chat and voice processes preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems and online support tools
• Ability to manage high-pressure, high-volume environments

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

• Multi-tasking and adaptability under rotational shifts
• Quick learner with customer-first mindset
• Tech proficiency and CRM literacy

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
