Job Description

Key Responsibilities: 🔹 Customer Interaction & Insights: Call existing customers to understand their purchase decisions and why they chose CarInfo over other platforms. Gather and document key customer feedback, suggestions, and pain points. Share qualitative insights with the product and marketing teams. 🔹 Audit & Attribution Verification: Conduct verification calls to cross-check attribution claims made by sales and channel partners. Maintain detailed records of audit calls for internal documentation and reporting. 🔹 Sales & Conversion: Make outbound calls to prospective insurance buyers from our leads database. Explain policy benefits, resolve queries, and close sales or pass hot leads to senior sales agents. Meet daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. 🔹 Data & Reporting: Maintain calling records, feedback logs, and lead funnel data in Excel. Create basic reports and summaries to track progress. Assist in preparing presentations (PPTs) for internal reviews and updates.
