Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management Specialist located in Indore. The role involves managing customer relationships, offering sales support, analyzing customer data, and overseeing projects to enhance customer satisfaction. The specialist will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure clients' needs are met and maintain high levels of customer engagement and retention.
