Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Relations Officer located in Coimbatore. The Customer Relations Officer will be responsible for managing customer satisfaction and client relations. This includes providing customer support, addressing client inquiries and concerns, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The role also involves analyzing customer feedback and data to improve service quality and customer experience.

• Expertise in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
• Analytical Skills to evaluate customer feedback and service performance
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in a client-facing or customer service role is beneficial
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
