Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have 6-8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the banking or financial services industry. Roles and Responsibility
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue.
Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through networking and market research.
Conduct customer needs analysis to provide tailored solutions and support.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and issues promptly.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets by selling motor finance products.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job
Strong knowledge of sales principles and practices, particularly in the banking or financial services industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify new business opportunities.
Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.
Experience working with TATA CAPITAL LIMITED is preferred.

The selected candidate will be required to work at The Melange - CRE, located in Pune.
