Role Description

As a Customer Delight Executive at our myG Future Store in Pallimukk, Kollam, you will be the welcoming face of our brand, ensuring every customer has a positive and memorable experience. This role is ideal for confident, well-groomed female candidates who have strong communication skills and a passion for customer engagement.

We are specifically looking for candidates from kollam area

Key Responsibilities

· Greet and welcome customers warmly, creating a friendly and professional store atmosphere

· Maintain high standards of personal grooming and communication at all times

· Provide accurate product guidance and support during customer interactions

· Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively

· Manage basic social media engagement, including responding to online queries

· Build strong customer relationships and gather feedback

· Analyze customer feedback to enhance overall service quality

What We’re Looking For

· Female candidates from Kollam or nearby areas

· Excellent communication skills (Malayalam & English)

· Social media handling skills a plus

· Well-groomed, confident, and presentable

· Experience in customer service or retail preferred

· Leadership ability or previous team experience is an advantage

· Bachelor’s degree preferred
