Customer Care Representative - International Voice process

Rently's technology allows property managers to facilitate renter and vendor access without having to send a leasing agent out to the property. This is all done using a smartphone or desktop browser to schedule a viewing. The technology generates cost savings, increases efficiency, and gets vacancies rented fast making it a fun and exciting solution to sell. Description: Providing excellent customer service to all Rently users. An ideal candidate should be comfortable with handling customer support requests through voice support. Candidate should have excellent verbal communication skill. International voice experience is a plus. This position has an opportunity for growth in a US based company. Daily Tasks: Taking care of support requests through voice mediums.
