Job Title: Email Support Executive Department: Customer Support / BPO Operations Location: [Ghansoli] Job Type: Full-Time Shift: [Day Shift] Experience: 6 Month-1 years Reports to: Team Leader / Process Manager Key Responsibilities: Respond promptly to customer emails, providing accurate information and appropriate solutions. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s products and services to offer accurate support. Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams when necessary. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Requirements:Proven customer support experience via email (preferred). Excellent written communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively. Proficient in MS Office and customer support tools (CRM systems). Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to different time zones if required. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Preferred Qualifications:Previous experience in a BPO or customer service environment. Knowledge of customer service principles and practices. Typing speed of at least 30 WPM with high accuracy.
