Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) specialist, located in Noida. The CRM specialist will be responsible for managing customer relationships, analyzing customer data, and implementing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention. Daily tasks include overseeing the CRM systems, coordinating with sales and marketing teams, and managing customer support.
