Responsibilities:

•  Responsible for ensuring KYC checks and completing all due diligence relating to credit checks
• Provide feedback to internal teams on credit process / policies/ and sharing of best practices
•  Adhere to internal policies and TAT’s for loan approval
• Identify potential fraudsters/ suspect customers and implement processes around them
•  Contact clients to gather financial data and documentation where needed
• Ensure all records and documentation is maintained for all loan applications.

Experience & Qualification required:

• Proven work experience as a Credit Officer, Loan Officer or similar role.
• Hands-on experience with experience in digital lending, lending procedures and products.
• Basic knowledge of KYC and bureau related data.
• Customer service experience.
