About the Role:

We’re looking for a visionary Creative Head who can bring bold, strategic ideas to life across branding, content, and video. This role blends conceptual thinking, team leadership, and hands-on creative direction, overseeing a dynamic team of content creators, copywriters, designers, and video editors. You will play a pivotal role in building impactful campaigns and engaging brand stories across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the creative strategy and execution for all client and internal campaigns.

Manage and inspire the creative, content, and video production teams to consistently deliver high-quality work.

Conceptualize and oversee ad creatives, brand films, social media content, web visuals, motion graphics, and other digital assets.

Collaborate with SMM, Paid Ads, SEO, and Web teams to ensure creative alignment with marketing strategy.

Review and approve creative outputs, ensuring high standards and alignment with brand tone and objectives.

Stay updated with industry trends, digital innovations, and platform-specific best practices.

Conduct regular brainstorming sessions, mood-boarding, and reviews to maintain creative energy in the team.

Mentor junior creatives, copywriters, and video editors, and foster a culture of experimentation and continuous improvement.

Manage timelines and workflows for the creative department effectively.

Requirements:

Minimum 5+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in a digital marketing agency or branding environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing creative work across digital campaigns, videos, social media, and branding.

Proven ability to lead cross-functional creative teams.

Deep understanding of content marketing, storytelling, and platform-specific content creation (Meta, YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).

Familiar with video scripting, visual storytelling, and creative direction for video production.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Proficiency with creative tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, Canva, etc.) is a plus.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
