Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students in understanding course options aligned with their interests and aspirations.
• Support senior counselors in resolving student queries and managing follow-ups.
• Coordinate with the admissions team to ensure smooth documentation and enrollment processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student interactions and follow-ups.
• Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance counseling and communication skills.
• Handle basic inbound and outbound calls under the guidance of senior team members.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A passion for helping students and guiding them in their career journey.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.

• Prior experience in sales or customer interaction will be considered a strong advantage.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Psychology, or related fields is a plus).
• 06 – 2 years of relevant experience in counseling, customer service, or sales.

Compensation:

₹18,000 to ₹22,000 (in-hand)
