Role Description

The Counselor is a full-time, on-site role located in Gurugram. The Counselor will be responsible for guiding students in their higher education journey, providing support and advice on course selection, application processes, and career planning. Daily tasks include one-on-one counseling sessions, organizing informational workshops, maintaining student records, and collaborating with educators and recruiters to ensure a seamless learning experience.

Qualifications

• Experience in educational counseling or related field
• Knowledge of higher education systems and application processes
• Ability to organize and conduct workshops and informational sessions
• Proficiency in maintaining student records and databases
• Empathetic and patient demeanor with a passion for helping students
• Ability to work on-site in Gurugram
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or related field
